Position Description:
The University of Louisville (UofL) seeks an innovative and strategic enrollment management professional to serve as its next Associate Director of Admissions for Transfer and Adult Services. The University of Louisville is a vital public university located in Louisville, Kentucky in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As one of only 21 institutions in the United States designated by the Carnegie Foundation as both a Research 1 and Opportunity College, U of L enrolls more transfer students that any other university in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Located in the largest city in Kentucky, U of L has been named of the nations "transfer friendly" institutions for several years. The office manages a debt forgiveness program that seeks to reenroll students at U of L and recruits actively at local businesses that have teamed up with U of L to provide tuition remission benefits. This position is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of Transfer and Adult Services for the Undergraduate Admissions Office, as well as the development, management, and oversight of transfer credit and test scores received by the University. They direct the planning, coordination and implementation of our ULtra programs designed for recruitment efforts at two nearby community colleges as well as pathways to 16 KCTCS institutions. The role will supervise all transfer recruitment efforts across Kentucky and the region in conjunction with the direction of the Executive Director and strategic enrollment goals for the University.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
