DIRECTOR OF ADVANCEMENT SERVICES – SAINT XAVIER HIGH SCHOOL Founded in 1864, Saint Xavier High School is a Catholic college preparatory school for boys in grades 9-12 sponsored by the Xaverian Brothers. Saint Xavier High School is searching for a DIRECTOR OF ADVANCEMENT SERVICES, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Institutional Advancement. The Director of Advancement Services plays a critical leadership role in advancing Saint Xavier’s mission through the strategic management of the Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge donor database, data analytics, and prospect research. This position ensures data integrity, maximizes reporting and segmentation capacity, and enables high-performing fundraising, stewardship, and engagement strategies. The Director works collaboratively across the Institutional Advancement Office and with other departments, including the Business Office and IT, to support a strategic and integrated data-informed approach to philanthropy.
